Return airport parking: Parking charges are additional to the return fare. We keep these costs to a minimum by timing the driver's arrival at the terminal for approximately 30 minutes after your flight lands. Your driver will then meet you inside arrivals.

Frequently asked questions
Do your prices include airport fees?
The guide fares include the stated outbound airport drop-off fees. Return airport parking is additional to the fare. We keep parking charges to a minimum by aiming for the driver to enter the terminal around 30 minutes after your flight lands. Any listed fuel surcharge is additional. We will confirm the full fare when you book.
What happens if my return flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight arrival time, so delays before landing do not use up your free waiting time. Your one hour of complimentary waiting begins from the actual time your flight lands.
Where will my driver meet me at the airport?
Your driver will come inside the arrivals terminal and meet you with a board showing your personal or company name. They will also assist with your bags to the vehicle.
Can you carry eight passengers and eight large cases?
Not necessarily. Luggage volume is just as important as passenger count. Please tell us exactly what you are travelling with so we can confirm the right vehicle and price.
